Alita Construction Services completed the renovation of The Summit at Rock Hill, a 159-unit multifamily community requiring a highly coordinated and detail-driven construction approach. The project included a combination of blanket scope renovations as well as extensive unit-by-unit variations, requiring careful planning, documentation, and execution to ensure consistency across the entire property while accommodating differing existing conditions.
