Alita Construction Services was engaged by ownership to bring The Flats on East Gay, a 25-unit new construction multifamily project in Columbus, Ohio, to completion under a tight timeline. Entering the project during the rough mechanical stage, ACS assumed a construction management role, providing immediate structure and leadership to guide the project through the remaining phases of construction. From that point forward, the team worked collaboratively with ownership to drive progress, mitigate delays, and position the project for successful delivery.
ACS provided comprehensive support including material procurement, subcontractor solicitation and contracting, financial projections, and detailed schedule management. With an owner’s mentality, the team focused on aligning cost, quality, and timeline objectives while navigating the complexities of an in-progress build. Through disciplined execution and proactive coordination, ACS successfully led the project through final completion and achieved Certificate of Occupancy—delivering a stabilized asset ready for lease-up and long-term performance.
