Alita Construction Services served as a key partner in the repositioning of Perla 1960, an adaptive reuse project in Houston, Texas, that transformed a former Candlewood Suites hotel into a 83-unit multifamily community. The project required a strategic conversion approach to reimagine hotel rooms into functional apartment units, including the addition of full kitchens, upgraded interior finishes, and reconfigured layouts tailored for long-term residential living. The result is a collection of efficient studio and one-bedroom units designed to meet the needs of today’s renter while maximizing the value of the existing structure.
